Oddjob is the henchman of Auric Goldfinger in the film of the same name, Goldfinger. He is of Asian (Korean) descent, has incredible strength and is mute. Another trademark of Oddjob that has become a cult over the years is the fact that Oddjob uses throwing his hat like a Frisbee as a method of killing. Thus, in the film, in addition to killing the statue at Goldfinger's Golf Club, he also kills Tilly Masterson with the hat.
In the finale at Fort Knox, Oddjob throws his hat at Bond several times but misses. Bond then catches the hat and turns the game around. However, he also misses and the hat gets caught in the bars of the gold depository. When Oddjob goes to grab the iron-rimmed hat, Bond burns his fingers and finishes him off that way.
